Business Ethics The highest legal, moral, and ethical standards of honesty, integrity, and fairness are to be practiced in the conduct of the Agency's affairs. All principals, employees, associates, contractors and partners of the Agency must always act in full compliance with all applicable federal, state and local laws, ordinances and regulations and in accordance with our stated Business Ethics. Confidential Information The Agency defines confidential information as any information which is the result of client privilege and work product, is used by the Agency in its business, provides a competitive advantage to the Agency and is kept confidential by the Agency. No employee, associate, contractor and/or partner has the authority to release confidential information to anyone outside the Agency without the express, prior written approval of a principal. All confidential material must be handled by authorized persons with proper security measures at all times. Anyone authorized to handle confidential information must not allow such material to be obtained by entities and individuals outside of the Agency.
