RESUME OF RICHARD C. INGRAHAM:

Richard Ingraham is and has been a NYS Licensed, Bonded, and Insured Private Investigator since 1979.   Mr. Ingraham is on the Board of Directors of the Associated Licensed Detectives of New York State (ALDONYS), he is a member of the National Counsel of Investigation and Security Services (NeISS), the National Association of Investigative Specialist, Inc (NAIS), and is a volunteer Investigator for the organization, 4thekids.

Mr. Ingraham is retired with honors, after serving fourteen years of service with the New York State Department of Corrections as a Law Enforcement Officer.  During that time, Mr. Ingraham took many courses, and became a certified instructor and trainer.  He also was a transport officer and transported inmates throughout the state.  For the last three years of his career, he held the title of, the first officer, in the special housing unit on the day shift.  Mr. Ingraham is the holder of many certificates from the NYS Department of Corrections.  Honorable mention was given to Mr. Ingraham for saving an inmates life.

As an investigator, Mr. Ingraham has a very extensive and experienced record, since he was first licensed in 1979.  He has worked on one missing person case on a pro-bono basis, since 1996 and every year he goes to the Macedon, NY area to hand out flyers and to interview people, in regards to this missing person.  The media has given much coverage to this case every year.  Mr. Ingraham has been written up in newspapers, a statewide magazine, and has been invited on TV on numerous occasions for being the key person to lead in the location of a child that was kidnapped and missing for two years.  Due to his efforts, the child was found and is doing well today.

Mr. Ingraham has conducted numerous insurance fraud, matrimonial, missing persons, background investigations, and armed guard service over the years.  Many of these cases involved many hours of surveillance, background work, and intelligence gathering.
